From Dream to Recognition: Load In Delivery’s Journey to the 2025 TEG Member Event
At Load In Delivery, every road we take reflects a deeper journey – one of growth, resilience, and shared purpose. What began as a vision between determined individuals has evolved into a respected name in the UK’s logistics sector. This year, our participation in the 2025 TEG Member Event served as a powerful milestone in that journey – and a reminder of how far we’ve come.
From a Single Truck to National Reach
The roots of our company go back to a simple idea: that transportation, when done right, connects more than places – it connects people, values, and ambitions. As our founder Edgaras Kutko once said:
“Transportation is the center of the world. It is the glue of our daily lives.”
Starting small but with big dreams, we took our first step with one van and a mission to deliver on time, every time. Over the years, we steadily expanded – adding more vehicles, clients, and talents to the team. In 2018, we were proud to be named Business of the Year by the Transport Exchange Group, a sign that our efforts were not only noticed but valued.

This year, we had the privilege to attend the TEG Member Event 2025 – a gathering that brought together the best minds in courier and haulage. Hosted by the Courier Exchange, the event focused on key topics shaping our sector: digital innovation, environmental responsibility, and sustainable collaboration between carriers and clients.
It wasn’t just a chance to listen – it was an opportunity to connect. We engaged in insightful discussions, met like-minded professionals, and shared our experiences on adapting to market shifts while staying true to core values. We were especially inspired by the emphasis on collaboration over competition – a principle we’ve always believed in.
